1. Are my payments secure?

Yes, all of our transactions are encrypted using industry standard equipment to ensure that only we see your private information.

2. How long until I receive my order?

We pride ourselves on being fast and very responsive to emails. However, we do occassionally take vacations or have business away from our design/printing station. If an ebay auction is currently listed, we are avaialable and can have your design emailed to you for approval and printed within 48 hours of payment Usual turnaround is 10 days after payment.

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, American Express, and MasterCard), as well as Personal Checks and Money Orders. You can do Paypal to jason@personalpokerchips.com as well!!!

4. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

Only certain states must pay sales tax, you will be notified if taxes apply to your order before completing the checkout.

5. Do you offer gift cards?

We currently do offer any gift cards.

6. What is the Life of the Label?

The Labels are Vinyl. We use both 2mil and 4mil thickness. These are the thinnest Labels in the Market and We have them Here! The Life of the Label under Normal playing use, will last a Lifetime. Take care of your chips like you would with any other possession of yours and you will enjoy the play time of your labels for as long as you want.

7. Can I change or edit a existing Label you have?

Our specialty is "Custom!" You choose to do whatever you'd like to our designs, or go completely original with your own idea. We'll try our best to get the idea from your head to your chips. That may involve several rounds of emails and design modifications, but we'll get it to your specifications before printing.

8. What is the Turn around Time for My Product?

You will be contacted within 24 hrs of your Design. Once that happens Please allow up to 72 hours for a Example. Once the example is agreed and Method Of Payment is complete, you should have your 500 piece set already ready to be customized within 10 days, based on Backlog.

9. Are my labels cut to exact fit?

Labels are cut to fit the size of your chip. There will be a 1/32 size difference for easier application. At times the Darker colored labels will Shrink a little more based on Weather conditions. inc. Travel, Humidity etc.
EXACT cuts can be made but be requested, be sure to allow more time and Patience for application if you so do choose to do this.

10. Can I send you a Design myself?

Absolutley, Just let me know and I will send you a Art file that is needed for print ready artwork!

11. Have you been producing Labels for long?

In the business for 4 years now (2008). I have shipped to Every continent in the world. I have connections with the Major supports in the Professional Poker Tours. I have been Host to many Poker forums on the internet and Sponsors to Majopr Tournaments around the U.S.A.

12. DO you offer different sizes for your Labels?

I am the only Label Manufacturer that can Offer any size cut label AND Offer the Thinnest label avaible for the Non-recessed chip market. including ASM Horsheads, Faux Clays, Dice Designs or any other chip that does not have a custom recessed area. The standard 4 mil thickness vinyl works for 90% of the chip market but then you have a few chips that require the 2 mil thickness label.
